Do you want to make a delectable Valentine’s Dinner to serve your Sweetheart on Thursday, February 8th without the expense of dining out? Chef Pam will teach you how to make Julia Child’s classic Beef Bourguignon, served up with buttered egg noodles. This dish freezes beautifully and can be made in large quantities to also make busy weeknight dinners easy peasy!

Cancellation Policy: Please inform us by February 5, 2024 of any cancellation to receive a credit on future classes. Classes are transferrable and you can send someone else in your place. If there is a travel advisory due to inclement weather the day of the event, you may cancel the morning of and receive a credit to a future class. In case of illness, we will give you credit for a future class. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. We appreciate your understanding.
*In the case of cancellation by Fanjoy, a future credit for the full fee will be granted to attend any of our upcoming classes.
