Guelph Yoga Fest

Welcome to Guelph’s 2nd annual Yoga Fest! This one-day event features a line-up of wonderful yoga instructors from across the city teaching yoga classes to bring community together with movement, mindfulness, and breath. This year, the theme for Yoga Fest is “Building Bridges: connecting people and creating stronger bonds within our community through understanding and cooperation.” Guelph Yoga Fest is a fundraiser and a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Hospice Wellington to support individuals and families with compassionate palliative care and support. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, Yoga Fest gives you the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of classes designed for all levels. Yoga Fest features a vendor market where you can experience health and wellness products and services from local small businesses. You’ll be able to sign up for and enjoy healing services and shop complimentary wellness products to treat yourself or gift to others!
