Guelph Arts Council Historical Tours
From towering limestone buildings to the small turn-of-the-century homes Guelph is bursting with history around every corner. Walking tours are popular in this city (hint: Jaywalking Guelph, Ghost walk of Guelph, Taste Detours) but while guided tours are on pause, you can still research the historical elements you want to hit up next time you visit. The Guelph Arts Council has online resources for all sorts of themed tours around the city. From Guelph’s origins to geographic based tours that make it easy to take in as much in as little travel as possible:

The Donkey Sanctuary of Guelph
This virtual tour is not of the beautiful sanctuary grounds; that includes walkable trails throughout the property, a quaint little waterfront with a grassy spot to picnic at, it’s of the collection of the donkeys calling the sanctuary home.
